Weather finally broke a bit so I drove down to Chiricahua National Monument to check it out. I found the rock formations reminded me a bit of Bryce Canyon, yet they are very different color and have lots of green moss (or something) on them.
More clouds than sun today but it was a good trip. While I was there I checked out the campground and I’ll see if I can get in there later this winter. I think it would be very interesting do try some photography there with good moonlight.
It’s been cold and rainy here in Willcox but it had snowed a bit at the higher elevations.
